1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ozura platform, buyers and suppliers agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable industrial trading regulations.

2. Supplier Verification & KYC Representation

Suppliers warrant that all provided tax identifiers (GSTIN, PAN), business addresses, certificates and product specifications are authentic and legally valid.

3. Quotations & Contracts

Quotations submitted on the platform represent commercial bids. Final sales contracts, letters of credit (LC), and delivery arrangements are negotiated directly between buyers and sellers.
